Marine Grez-Off® Heavy Duty Degreaser

Cleaners & Degreasers

Features and Benefits:

#1 Rated Marine Degreaser by Powerboat Reports. A biodegradable, non-solvent heavy-duty degreaser that easily cuts through oil, grease and grime. Cleans and dissolves heavy soils on inboard & outboard motors, machinery and dock equipment. Also recommended for bilge cleaning. Marine Grez-Off® is VOC compliant, non-flammable and non-combustible.

DIRECTIONS:

Some surfaces such as aluminium alloys, plastic or painted surfaces are inherently sensitive to alkaline cleaners.
Spot test on ALL surfaces before use.
Do not use on motorcycles or glass.
Use with adequate ventilation. Do not inhale mist.
The use of safety glasses and rubber gloves is recommended.
These directions must be followed or damage may result.

For Cleaning:

Before degreasing, be sure that all surfaces are cool to the touch. Do not apply in direct sunlight or if air temperature is above 100°F.
Spray MARINE GREZ-OFF full strength onto the cool, pretested surface to be degreased.
Allow MARINE GREZ-OFF to penetrate the soil. NEVER allow MARINE GREZ-OFF to dry on any surface. Stubborn soils may require brushing or a second application.
Immediately rinse with water until no sudsing is noticeable.

Automobile

Marine Spray Nine® Heavy-Duty Cleaner + Degreaser + Disinfectant

Cleaners & Degreasers

Features and Benefits:

Suited for cleaning electrical and electronic devices, this fast evaporating, noncorrosive cleaner leaves no residue. It removes grease, dirt, oil, flux and other surface contaminants. Designed to be an alternative to CFC-113, 1,1,1-trichloroethane and perchloroethylene solvents.

DIRECTIONS:

DISINFECTING:
When used as directed, Marine Spray Nine Heavy-Duty Cleaner + Degreaser + Disinfectant will disinfect hard,non-porous surfaces such as countertops, stainless steel, tables, walls and floors.

*Marine Spray Nine kills Norwalk/Norovirus-ATCC VR-782, Influenza A2 Virus-ATCC VR-544,Coxsackie B3 Virus-ATCC VR-30 and Rhinovirus Type 37-ATCC VR-1147 in just 30 seconds!It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Outdoor surfaces subjected to severe weather conditions, especially U.V. exposure, may be particularly sensitive to alkaline cleaners. Follow the outdoor surface manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions.

Always test on a small area of surface to be cleaned and air-dry completely to determine colorfastness and surface integrity. Do not use on wool, leather, glass, untreated wood, treated fabric or weathered surfaces. Do not use this product in combination with caustics, acids or bleach.

TO CLEAN:

Spray on soiled surface.
Wipe thoroughly with a clean, damp sponge/cloth or rinse.(Do not allow to dry on surface)

TO DISINFECT/DEODORIZE:

Clean surface as instructed above.
Repeat application making sure to wet all surfaces thoroughly.
Allow to stand for 45 seconds (30 seconds for viruses) minimum.
Wipe thoroughly with a clean, damp sponge/cloth or rinse.
When used on food contact surfaces such as counters and tables,rinse thoroughly with potable water. Do not use on dishes,glasses or silverware.

TO CONTROL MOLD & MILDEW on precleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces:

Spray thoroughly, making sure to wet surface completely. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Wipe off with a clean, damp sponge or cloth and rinse thoroughly. Reapply as necessary.

Permatex® 1 Minute Gel Epoxy

Epoxy & Adhesives

Features and Benefits:

Permatex® General Purpose 1 Minute Gel Epoxy is a fast setting, two-part adhesive and filler system specially formulated with a Blue Dye Indicator that disappears when it’s fully mixed and ready to use. The advanced gel formulation reduces mess and waste compared to traditional epoxies; unique indicator system takes the guesswork out of “ready to use”.

PROTECT: Work area must be protected from accidental spills.
CLEAN: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and oil.

OPEN PACKAGE: Remove Syringe. Turn syringe nozzle end up and pull plunger back slightly (1/8”). Allow air bubbles to rise to top. Snap off and save storage cap. Push plunger to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin onto discard-able surface such as a piece of cardboard. Mixing paddle will pop out from plunger. Pull back plunger to stop flow. Snap cap back on.
MIX QUICKLY: Quickly and thoroughly mix until blue colour turns clear (about 15 sec).
APPLICATION: Apply small amount of mixture to both surfaces and assemble parts immediately (product sets in approximately 60 seconds). Remove any excess epoxy immediately.
CURE TIME: Usable strength is reached in 1 hour at 72ºF (22ºC).Cooler temperatures may require longer set time.
CLEAN-UP: Attach nozzle cap and store in moulded tray.
NOTE: Adhesive will not bond most polyethylene or polypropylene plastics.

Apply to surfaces to be joined or repaired. Epoxy will fixture in 1 hour and fully cure in 24 hours. Wipe nozzle clean. Replace cap for storage.
NOTE: Will not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics. This epoxy product is recommended for indoor use only, as the cured epoxy can yellow and darken when exposed to sunlight and the elements.

Permatex® 30 Minute High Strength General Purpose Epoxy

Versatile, easy-to-use, general purpose epoxy adhesive is two-part adhesive and filler system that eliminates the need for welding or brazing. Sets in thirty minutes, no clamping needed. Clear appearance. Fills gaps and will not shrink. When cured, can be drilled, sanded, threaded or filed. Resistant to water and solvents. Temperature range -60°F to 180°F (-51°C to 82°C). Permanent strength up to 3500 PSI.

DIRECTIONS:
PROTECT: Work area must be protected from accidental spills.
CLEAN: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and oil.

Flexible, gasketing material for use on rigid machined flanges with less than .015″ gap. OEM approved use where OEs specify “anaerobic” gasket (cures in the absence of air). Withstands temperatures to 300°F (149°C). Eliminates preformed, pre-cut, paper, rubber and cork gaskets. Flexes with flanges that move in service.

DIRECTIONS:

TO MAKE A GASKET:

Clean both flange surfaces. Remove paint, dirt, grease or old gasket completely.
Spray Permatex^® Surface Prep^™ activator on one surface only. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes.
Apply a continuous bead of sealant to the unprimed surface.
Assemble mating surfaces with minimal lateral movement. Excess sealant can be wiped awaywith a cloth and shop solvent.

Permatex® Anaerobic Gasket Maker

OEM specified. Noncorrosive gasketing material designed primarily for use on aluminum, iron, and steel flanged mating surfaces. Ideal for on-the-spot and emergency repairs, or when a conventional gasket is unavailable. Fills gaps up to .015″ and cures to a solvent-resistant seal that will not tear or decay during service. Parts disassemble easily even after extended service. Old gasket material can be removed in minutes with a simple putty knife.

A highly refined blend of aluminium, copper and graphite lubricants. Use during assembly to prevent galling, corrosion and seizing due to weathering or chemicals. Anti-Seize assures easier disassembly. Temperature range: -60°F to 1600°F (-51°C to 871°C). Salt, corrosion and moisture resistant ideal for marine use. Non-aerosol version meets Mil Spec #907E. DIRECTIONS:

For best results, part surfaces must be clean and free of grease.
Apply a light coating of product to parts.
Assemble parts.
Wipe away any excess compound.

Permatex® Automatic Transmission RTV Gasket Maker

Gasketing

Features and Benefits:

OEM specified. Developed with U.S. automotive OEMs and complies with extended warranty requirements. It resists aging, weathering and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking or cracking. Benefits include improved transmission oil resistance, good adhesion while retaining flexibility, sensor-safe, noncorrosive and can be used as a gasket maker or dressing. Nonflammable, nontoxic, low odor.

DIRECTIONS:

For best results, clean and dry all surfaces with a residue-free solvent, such as Permatex^® Brake and Parts Cleaner.
Cut nozzle to desired bead size gaskets are best formed using a 1/16″ to 1/4″ (2 to 6 mm) bead.
Apply a continuous and even bead of silicone to one surface; surround all bolt holes. Assemble parts immediately. Finger tighten bolts until material begins to squeeze out around flange. Allow to cure for one hour then retighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
For best results, allow to cure overnight.
Replace cap after use. Clean hands with dry cloth or Permatex^® Fast Orange^® Hand Cleaner. Clean tools with non-flammable cleaning fluid.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.

Permatex® Aviation Form-A-Gasket® No. 3 Sealant Liquid

Gasketing

Features and Benefits:

Slow-drying, non-hardening brush-top sealant approved for use in aviation as well as automotive applications. Temperature range -65°F to 400°F (-54°C to 204°C); resists gasoline, oil and grease.

DIRECTIONS:

Use brush to apply a thin, even coat to each surface. Allow to air-dry a fewminutes before fastening the parts into position. If thinning is necessary, add 188 proof denatured alcohol. For use on most types of gaskets, machined surfaces and screw thread connections of airplane and automobile engines.

Shake well. Attach extension tube. While engine is running, spray lightly on inner working surface of belt near smallest or upper most pulley. Allow belt to run for several minutes to condition and cure dressing. Reapply as needed. Do not spray on pulleys.

Permatex® Black Rubber Sealant

Sealants

Features and Benefits:

High-strength, ready-to-use automotive sealant insulates, seals and caulks. Does not dry out or become brittle. Economical black sealant.

DIRECTIONS:

Clean and dry surface to be repaired or sealed.
For best results, roughen smooth surfaces with coarse sandpaper.
Apply Black Rubber Sealant. Do not apply to exposed painted surfaces.
Black Rubber Sealant cures in about two hours. Dries fully in about 24 hours.
Use lacquer thinner (not on painted surfaces) to remove excess from hands or repair surface. Then wash hands with soap and water or use Permatex® Fast Orange® Hand Cleaner

Permatex® Black Silicone Adhesive Sealant

Sealants

Features and Benefits:

Low odour formula! General-purpose, black RTV indoor/outdoor sealant. Seals, bonds, repairs, mends and secures glass, metal, plastics, fabric, vinyl, weather stripping and vinyl tops. Protects and repairs electrical wiring. May be applied to horizontal or vertical surfaces. Waterproof and flexible. Temperature range -59°C to 232°C (-75°F to 450°F); resists water, weather, and vibration.

DIRECTIONS:

Clean and dry all surfaces.
Cut nozzle to desired bead size, apply to one surface and assemble immediately.
Surfaces being bonded may need clamping for 1 hour or until silicone is firm.
Silicone”skins” and becomes tack free in one hour. Allow 24 hours for full cure and maximum strength under normal conditions. Allow more time in cold or very dry conditions.Trim excess with a sharp knife after cure. Most paint will not adhere to silicone. Surfaces should be painted first, then sealed.
Clean uncured silicone from hands, tools and clothing with Fast Orange® Hand Cleaner.

Automobile
Suggested Applications: Door frames, electrical connections, seams and roofs, vinyl tops, weather stripping (Not recommended for engine gasket applications).

Marine
Suggested Applications: Windshields, hatches, electrical connections, seams and

A 100% synthetic formula, coupled with real ceramic solids make this premium brake lubricant our longest lasting, most temperature resistant way to silence brake noise. Effective from -50°F to 3000°F (-46°C to 1649°C), this product maintains its lubricating integrity under the most extreme conditions. Resistant to corrosion and contaminants, it will not wash out. DIRECTIONS:

Clean parts to be lubricated with Permatex^® Brake & Parts Cleaner.
Apply small amount to caliper hardware and backing plates to create uniform surface areas and prevent noise.
Lubricant may also be used as a noise suppressor to eliminate caliper brakesqueal by applying to the BACK of the brake pad.

DO NOT APPLY TO ANY BRAKING SURFACES.
